Holy Cross College continues to strengthen its commitment to preparing future IT professionals through meaningful industry engagement. Recently, Mr. Arzel P. Pinpin, OJT Coordinator and BSIT Program Chair, together with Mr. John Alex Gamboa of the School of Computing, Information Technology, and Engineering (SCITE), conducted OJT monitoring visits at Alfamart Distribution Center in Pampanga and BMware Software Development in San Fernando.

During these visits, BSIT interns had the opportunity to present their progress and project outputs, gaining valuable real-world exposure and learning directly from industry professionals. Interaction with alumni working in these companies provided additional insights into professional practices, workplace expectations, and career development.

These monitoring activities reflect Holy Cross College’s strong industry partnerships and its dedication to equipping students with practical skills, professional competencies, and the confidence to thrive in the dynamic field of Information Technology. By bridging classroom learning with real-world application, HCC ensures that its graduates are career-ready and industry-competent.
