
Holy Cross Colleges, Inc. (HCCI) celebrates another meaningful achievement following the success of 10 new Civil Engineers who passed the September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE).
HCCI posted a 47.62% passing rate, surpassing the national passing rate and placing the institution No. 2 among the Top Performing Schools in Pampanga with more than 20 examinees. The result reflects the sustained efforts of the examinees, the guidance of their faculty and mentors, and the academic preparation provided throughout their Civil Engineering education.
The newly licensed Civil Engineers are Engr. Erhis Ian Vercasion Arroyo, Engr. Jade Haina Martinito Bulaon, Engr. Jerson Sarmiento Cuerdo, Engr. Angela Sandoval David, Engr. Angelo Malonzo Eupeña, Engr. Angelo Tiongson Lazatin, Engr. R-Yen Gomez Manalang, Engr. Ken Lulu Maniago, Engr. Francis Joshua Maniago Pangan, and Engr. Jason Ely Salac.
Their success represents years of academic preparation, rigorous study, and perseverance. Beyond the licensure examination itself, becoming licensed engineers marks the culmination of a journey shaped by classroom learning, practical preparation, mentorship, and the determination to reach a professional goal.
The 47.62% passing rate and No. 2 ranking among Pampanga’s top-performing schools with more than 20 examinees serve as another meaningful milestone for HCCI’s Civil Engineering program.
