Setting Sail toward Hospitality Careers
Holy Cross College proudly congratulates its 4th Year BS in Hospitality Management students on the successful completion of their Cruise Career Preparatory Programat Magsaysay Training Center. This milestone marks an important step in their professional journey toward careers in the cruise and hospitality industry.
Following the training, students will be deployed to the hotel industry to gain hands-on exposure and practical industry experience, an essential part of preparing for future opportunities in the cruise line sector. The program equips learners with real-world skills, professionalism, and a strong understanding of international hospitality standards.

Stepping Into Leadership

The Junior Tourism and Hospitality Management Association of the Philippines (JTHMAP)held its Panunumpa 2026, marking the oath-taking of newly elected student officers from various schools across the country. This significant event celebrates the leadership, commitment, and dedication of future tourism and hospitality professionals.
Holy Cross College proudly joins the national leadership roster through the appointment of its students: Annika Musni (BSHM 2nd Year) as Apprentice – Tourism and Hospitality Education and Research, Russell Ken Encarnacion (BSHM 2nd Year) as Apprentice – Marketing and Sponsorship, and Neslene David (BSHM 3rd Year) as Apprentice – National Executive Vice President. Their selection demonstrates the competence, initiative, and leadership potential cultivated at HCC.
Guided and supported by Ms. Kim Arrianne C. Roxas, Student Adviser, these young leaders exemplify HCC’s commitment to active participation and representation in national student organizations. Through their involvement, they gain valuable experiences in leadership, collaboration, and professional development, preparing them to contribute meaningfully to the tourism and hospitality industry.

Prepared to Serve
Holy Cross College proudly congratulates the BS in Criminology graduates of Batch KAHIDLAS, Class of 2024 for successfully completing the Jail Basic Recruit Course (JBRC) Class 2025-07 “KASANGGASAT” at the National Jail Management and Penology Training Institute, Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba City, Laguna.
The 640-hour intensive training, conducted from September 24, 2025, to January 29, 2026, culminated in the graduates’ official JBRC graduation on January 29, 2026. This milestone reflects months of rigorous academic, physical, and values formation, preparing our graduates for honorable service in the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
Special recognition is given to JO1 Mark Louie G. Alih, RCrim; JO1 Mark Christian R. Macalino, RCrim; and JO1 Ronnie L. Sagum, RCrim, who earned Highest in Defensive Tactics (Male Category), demonstrating exceptional skill, discipline, and perseverance.

SCJ Students Serve as Honor Guards at MOPA 2026

Holy Cross College celebrates a remarkable achievement for the School of Criminal Justice as selected criminology students were given the prestigious opportunity to serve as Honor Guards during the awarding ceremony of the Most Outstanding Pimpñeño Award (MOPA) 2026.
The event, organized by the Municipality of Santa Ana, Pampanga, took place at the Municipal Convention Center on January 17, 2026 (Saturday) at 6:00 PM. Our students exemplified discipline, bearing, and professionalism, representing the values of service and excellence that Holy Cross College upholds.
Their participation in such a distinguished ceremony highlights not only their dedication to their field but also the trust and recognition given to the institution by the local community.
