The School of Arts, Sciences, and Education (SASED) held its Testimonial Luncheon at the HCC Gymnasium in honor of the institution’s newly licensed professional teachers (LPTs). The event celebrates the success of graduates who have recently passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers, marking an important milestone in their academic and professional journey.

The gathering brings together faculty members, school administrators, and graduates in a meaningful celebration of achievement, perseverance, and dedication. It serves as a moment for the college community to recognize the hard work and commitment demonstrated by the new LPTs in reaching this significant accomplishment.

The program began with a Thanksgiving Mass, offering gratitude for the blessings and guidance that supported the graduates throughout their journey. Following the Mass, the program continued with the awarding of certificates of recognition to the newly licensed teachers, formally acknowledging their success and the pride they bring to the institution.

One of the highlights of the event is the testimonial segment, where the newly licensed teachers share their personal stories, experiences, and challenges they encountered while preparing for the licensure examination. Their testimonies reflect determination, faith, and resilience, offering encouragement and inspiration to students who aspire to follow the same path in the teaching profession.

The Testimonial Luncheon also provides an opportunity for faculty members and administrators to express their support and appreciation for the graduates. Through their guidance, mentorship, and dedication to quality education, the institution continues to produce competent and passionate educators who are ready to serve their communities.

More than a simple recognition ceremony, the event underscores the mission of Holy Cross College to cultivate excellence in education and to prepare graduates who are committed to making meaningful contributions to society. By celebrating the achievements of these newly licensed teachers, the institution reaffirms its commitment to developing future educators who embody professionalism, integrity, and a passion for teaching.

The celebration stands as both a recognition of past accomplishments and a source of inspiration for future educators. As the newly licensed teachers embark on their professional journeys, they carry with them the values and training they have received from Holy Cross College, ready to shape young minds and make a lasting impact in the field of education.
