
Holy Cross College proudly announces the appointment of Ms. Aida P. Dizon as the Acting President of the institution.
A true Crucian at heart, Ms. Dizon is a distinguished alumna of the Class of 1964 and has been a steadfast pillar of the HCC community for decades. Her deep commitment to the school’s mission is evident in her long history of service in various leadership roles. She previously served as Corporate Secretary from 2003 to 2008 and as Assistant to the President from 2009 to 2020, playing a key role in advancing the institution’s vision and goals.
More recently, she has been a valuable member of the Board of Directors, where she has helped steer the college toward continued growth and development. Her leadership, rooted in the values of Fides, Caritas, and Libertas, continues to inspire both students and fellow educators alike.
As a graduate of Holy Cross College, Ms. Dizon has witnessed the institution’s transformative impact firsthand. Her dedication to fostering academic excellence, moral integrity, and service to others reflects the core values that define HCC.
First Day as Acting President
Ms. Aida P. Dizon began her first day in office with a strong and proactive approach to leadership. She was warmly welcomed by employees and department heads, a testament to the respect and admiration she has earned throughout her years of service.
Wasting no time, Ms. Dizon initiated a series of meetings with each department and firm to ensure alignment and organization across the institution. Her actions reflect her firm commitment to order, accountability, and excellence. Known as a stickler for rules, she made it clear from day one that she values discipline, professionalism, and adherence to institutional standards.

Her hands-on leadership style and structured approach set a positive tone for the future of Holy Cross College under her stewardship.
